3. Project Terms

When engaging our services:

• Project Scope: All projects require a clearly defined scope of work agreed upon in writing
• Timeline: Project timelines will be established at the start of each project
• Revisions: Each service includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement
• Client Responsibilities: Timely provision of necessary materials, feedback, and approvals

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:

• During Development: All work-in-progress remains the property of Art x Science
• Upon Payment: Rights transfer to the client only after full payment is received
• Portfolio Rights: Art x Science reserves the right to display and link to completed work for portfolio purposes
• Existing IP: Each party retains all rights to pre-existing intellectual property

5. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are structured as follows:

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly retainer services billed at the start of each month
• Late payments subject to a 2% monthly interest charge

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Project details and specifications
• Pricing and financial arrangements
• Proprietary methodologies and technologies

7. Project Cancellation

In the event of project cancellation:

• Client will be billed for all work completed to date
• Deposits are non-refundable
• 30 days written notice required for ongoing service cancellation
• All project materials will be provided upon final payment

8. Limitation of Liability

Art x Science's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party services or products
• Content provided by the client
• Force majeure events

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
